Winnsboro City Court was established by the State of Louisiana. It is called a city court, but it has jurisdiction over all of Ward 7 of Franklin Parish. This court presides over Civil, Criminal, and Traffic cases involving citizens of Winnsboro Louisiana. The Judge, Clerk of Court, and all personnel of the City Court are dedicated to handling each case in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Our goal is to serve you.
